POP-UP PLAYGROUND - Loose parts play

How does it work?: Pop-up playgrounds are stocked with recycled and reclaimed materials (aka loose parts) sourced from within the local community and enhanced by materials we provide. Within this space, children and adults are free to explore, experiment and enjoy the rich experience of play for its own sake!

We will share with you some essential playwork techniques to teach you how to support children’s play directly, while explaining its importance to visitors, parents and community members. 

The Pop-Up Adventure Playground model is designed to be a catalyst for sustainable change at the community level, with impact reaching far beyond the day itself.
